Caipiroska Melon

¾ oz Vodka

½ oz Melon Liquor

½ Lime

2 ts Brown Sugar

2 oz Melon Pulp/Puree


Muddle technique in a Juice/High Ball rock glass. Muddle lime and brown sugar in the glass in order to create a homogeneous pulp; add ice (preferably crushed) to fill the glass; pour VodkaMelon Liquor and Melon Pulp/Puree directly into the glass; shake the ingredients and pour it into the Juice/High Ball glass; decorate with melon and/or a lime wedge.

The Melon Caipiroska cocktail is a tropical variation on Caipirinha that, instead of Cachaça, has Vodka and an addition of melon pulp.
