Whiskey Sour Vintage

2 oz Bourbon/Rye whiskey

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

¾ egg white

The preparation technique is Shake&Strain or Shake&Strain with Ice.
It is possible to make a Dry Shake to mount the egg white and obtain a more velvety texture.
