Raspberries Julep

2oz Tanqueray Rangpur Gin

4 Raspberries

4 Mint Leaves

1ts Sugar

1 dash Soda  

Garnish: raspberry and mint leaves.

The glass is the Julep Cup

The preparation is very particular because there are several different stages, in fact we have:

• dissolve the sugar in soda turning with the bar spoon;

• press the raspberries and the mint leaves with a muddler;

• half-fill the glass with crushed ice, pour the Tanqueray Rangpur and turn with a swizzle stick;

• fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice and turn again with the swizzle
