Sparkling

It is used for all cocktails that use ingredients like white wine, stationary or moved. There are two different types of preparation:

with Fruit = pour about 1 oz of fruit puree in a Boston; mix with ice and a bit of wine using the Stirrer; then the product is filtered into the  frozen glass holding the ice; then FILL with wine .

with Alcohol = pour a maximum of ¾ oz of alcoholic product in the frozen flute; FILL with wine.
