½ oz Vodka

½ oz White Rum

½ oz Crème de Menthe Green

½ oz Absinthe

2 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Fill (to 4/5th of the glass) Lemon Soda

½ oz Grenadine Syrup

Method of Mixing Build Layers in a Juice Rock Glass: pour the grenadine syrup on the bottom of the Juice Rock, preferably before you put ice in the glass; pour the sweet and sour mix, then the lemon soda up to 4/5 of the glass; pour gently on top vodka, rum, crème de menthe green and absinthe, after mixing them (without ice) in a boston shaker, to create the green layer on the glass. You can decorate with a strawberry and mint leaves.

Created in 2008 by the Master Trainers of MIXOLOGY Academy, this cocktail is a blend of freshness, intriguing-looking and sharp on the palate thanks to the presence of absinthe! Obviously, before being tasted, should be mixed to obtain a mixture with a unique color.
