Italian Collins

3 Cucumber slices
1 Mint sprig
1 Basil sprig 
15 ml Simple Syrup
35 ml Gin Beefeater 24
25 ml Vermouth Martini Bianco
10 ml Limoncello 
Garnish: Lemon wheel and Cucumber slice

Smash and Double Strain. Within a boston shaker (or a mixing glass) muddle the cucumber slices and gently press the sprigs of mint and basil to avoid breaking their leaves; add ice, simple syrup, ginvermouth and limoncello in the amounts indicated; stir with a bar spoon; double strain in a double rock filled with ice and guarnish.
