Green Beast Punch

1 oz Absinthe

1 oz Lime juice

1 oz Symple Syrup

4 oz Water

Guarnish: Cucumber slices


Build technique. Pour all the ingredients into a Juice/Fantasy glass - with at least 7oz of effective capacity - filled with ice; stir gently and garnish with slices of cucumber inside the glass.

Conceived by Mr. Charles Vexenat, the Green Beast Punch is a cocktail very suitable as an aperitif with absinthe.
