1 ½ oz Plymouth Gin

1 oz lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

Fill Soda Water

 

They are served Straigh Up in a Flute or a Fizz Retro and prepared with the technique Shake & Strain.

They are drinks that born in the 1880s with the idea of adding the Soda Water to drink Sour.

There are many possible variations of this drink:

Silver Fizz: with the addition of an egg white;

Golden Fizz: with the addition of egg yolk;

Royal Fizz: with the addition of a whole egg;

Diamon Fizz: Champagne instead of soda;

Green Fizz: with a dash of Creme de Menthe.
