Brandy Egg Nog Vintage

1 ½ oz Brandy

4 oz milk

½ oz simple syrup

1 Yolk

The preparation technique starts with a Dry Shake to mix all the ingredients and to mount the egg, then one can continue with a Throwing, so that to store even more air into the drink.
It can be served in a wine glass, a sombrero cup or double martini cup. If it is served warm it is also perfect a Mug.

Appeared between late 1700 and early 1800 in America to fight the rigors of winter. Today it is considered the national American drink offered as a sign of hospitality to friends and family gathered for Christmas holidays.
