Mix and Pour in a Juice Rock glass/Tumbler. Pour rum, triple sec, sour mix, apple juice and grapefruit juice into the boston shaker (without any ice); shake the ingredients and pour them into the glass filled with ice. Guarnish with a slice of apple and of grapefruit.
