Commemorative bottle for the entry into the 21st century, made from Rum aged for 12 years. Distilled 5 times from the best molasses obtained from the plantations of the distillery, this Rum undergoes a process of slow aging without any additives or accelerator in white oak barrels.
The red amber color of Centenary 12 Year Old is extremely elegant, lavish and sour on the palate with notes of nougat, almonds, sherry, molasses; the finish is enhanced by peppery spice, caramel and a hint of charred oak.
It has an alcohol volume of 40%.
