Beefeater

London Dry Gin produced by James Burrough, who founded the first distillery in 1820 in LondonEngland. The recipe, which is still secret, contains nine different flavors: juniper, angelica root, angelica seeds, coriander seeds, liquorice, almonds, iris root, Seville orange and lemon peel. They are macerated for 24 hours before distillation in stills at moderate temperature, so that each of the herbs can express the best of its character. The result is sent to Scotland, where it's mixed and bottled.
