Evening Blossom

1 ½ oz White Rum

¾ oz Mint Liqueur

1 ¼ oz Peach and Mango Juice

½ Lime

2 ½ ts of refined Sugar

(Crushed Ice)

Garnish: Lime wedge, 2 cherries

Muddle technique of preparation in a Juice/High Ball glass. Muddle the ½ lime cut in small pieces with sugar and fill the glass with crusched ice; shake in a boston shaker with 3-4 ice cubes rum, mint liqueur, and  the juice; strain all the ingredients into the glass; garnish with a lime wedge, 2 cherries and, of course, straws.

The Evening Blossom is a sweet cocktail with tropical flavors whose recipe was conceived by the bartender Matteo Garau.
