Irish liquor based on Whiskey, honey and herbs. The recipe, created in 1947 in the Tullamore distillery by Desmond E. Williams, is based on an ancient Celtic drink that seems to date back to 1000. He has the distinction of being the first liquor product in the history of Ireland.
